How do I access the course after purchasing?
After completing your purchase, you'll be automatically redirected to the course portal. You can also access it anytime by clicking 'Portal' in the navigation menu when logged in.
How long do I have access to the course?
You have lifetime access to the course. Once purchased, you can revisit lessons and materials whenever you want, at your own pace.
Can I download the course materials?
Yes! Each lesson includes downloadable worksheets and resources that you can save and reference anytime.
What if I'm not satisfied with the course?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the course isn't right for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Are there prerequisites for taking this course?
No prerequisites needed! The Money School is designed for complete beginners to advanced learners. We start with fundamentals and build from there.
How long does it take to complete the course?
The course includes 14 video lessons totaling approximately 8 hours of content. Most students complete it in 2-4 weeks, but you can go at your own pace.
How do I create an account?
Click 'Log In' in the top navigation and choose to sign up with Google, GitHub, or email/password. It takes less than a minute!
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page, click 'Forgot password?' and follow the instructions to reset your password via email.
Can I change my email address?
Yes! Contact us at support@themoneyschool.com with your current email and the new email you'd like to use, and we'll update your account.
How do I update my payment information?
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Contact us if you need to update billing information for any reason.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Is my payment information secure?

Do you offer payment plans?

Can I get a receipt or invoice?

What devices can I use to access the course?

Do I need to download any software?
Nope! Everything runs in your web browser. Just log in and start learning.
The video won't play. What should I do?
First, try refreshing the page. If that doesn't work, clear your browser cache or try a different browser. Still having issues? Contact us and we'll help troubleshoot.
Can I watch videos offline?
Currently, videos must be streamed online. However, all worksheets and downloadable materials can be saved for offline use.
Are the financial calculators really free?
Yes! All 25+ financial calculators and tools are completely free to use. No signup required.
How accurate are the calculators?
Our calculators use industry-standard financial formulas and are designed for educational purposes. For specific financial advice, please consult a licensed financial advisor.
Can I save my calculator results?
Currently, results aren't saved automatically. We recommend taking screenshots or writing down important figures for future reference.
