2. Course Purchase & Access
2.1 Payment
The Money School course is available for a one-time payment of $149. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing the course, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
2.2 License
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access the course content for your own educational use. You may not share, sell, or redistribute course materials.
2.3 Lifetime Access
You receive lifetime access to the course content, including any updates or improvements we make. We reserve the right to discontinue the Service with 90 days' notice.
3. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the course for any reason, contact us at support@themoneyschool.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
After 30 days, all sales are final. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. User Accounts
4.1 Account Creation
To access the course portal, you must create an account using Google, GitHub, or email/password authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Use, including sharing course content or engaging in fraudulent activity.
5. Educational Disclaimer
The Money School provides educational content only. We are not financial advisors, and nothing on this site constitutes personalized financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
All calculators, tools, and course content are for educational purposes. You should consult with licensed professionals (financial advisors, accountants, attorneys) before making financial decisions.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course ($149).
